Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Physical Therapist for our client in Salem, AR!
Type: 13+ week contract, with potential for extension
Pay Range: $57 to $59/hr
Location: Coverage areas: 50-mile radius surrounding Salem, AR
Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Monday – Friday; 32 to 40 hours a week
· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
· $5,000 completion bonus offered upon successful completion of a full 13-week assignment.
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
+ Primarily responsible for conducting Physical Therapy (PT) evaluations, reassessments, and Start of Care (SOC) visits for home health patients.
+ May also provide ongoing treatment visits as needed to support patient care and continuity of services.
+ Maintain timely and accurate documentation with required sync back time of 24 hours or less.
