**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health in Shelbyville, KY.**
This is an on-site, full-time position with daily travel to patient homes.

**Type:** Three-month Contract with possibility of an extension
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
**Coverage Areas** : Shelbyville, KY including Shelby County and parts of Eastern Jefferson County
**Primary Responsibilities:**
• Provide skilled nursing services in the home health setting, including start of care admissions, comprehensive assessments, and ongoing patient management in accordance with physician orders
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical findings and patient needs
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all patient care activities in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR syste...
