Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Information Ticket and Travel Office. You will provide assistance and information to customers on ticket, tour and travel opportunities, community center programs and base-wide events. Responsibilities Provides assistance and information to walk-in customers and callers on ticket, tour, and travel opportunities, Community Center programs, and base-wise events. Assists customers in planning and coordinating recreational and leisure package trips to include: reserving condominiums and hotels, car rentals, ski and summer packages, airline tickets, train reservations, cruises, overseas vacations, etc. Provides customers with all pertinent travel and lodging policies, restrictions, and itineraries.
