Position Summary
The Travel Specialist plays a vital role in driving TTC’s growth by delivering sales and exceptional service to guests and trade partners, directly supporting the company’s mission to create unforgettable travel experiences across Guided Holidays.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales
- Convert enquiries into Bookings: Efficiently manage and convert sales leads received via phone, email, web into confirmed bookings within a dynamic, multi-channel contact sales centre environment
- Comprehensive Guest Servicing: Provide end-to-end service by offering flights, rails, pre/post accommodation, Gold Seal Protection to meet all guest travel needs
- Achieve Sales Targets: Execute direct sales strategies to drive revenue growth, achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
