Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or any related field
Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to handle corporate clients and executives
Minimum of 4–5 years solid experience in business travel servicing corporate accounts
Advanced GDS proficiency—knows 2 to 3 platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Travelport
Strong background in group travel handling, MICE arrangements, and package creation
