Duties and Responsibilities:
1/ Treasury Governance
- Execute treasury policies and procedures to impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
- Support interim and year-end audit
2/ Banking
- Prepare documents for bank account opening / closing, credit card application / cancellation / credit limit change, authorization adding / change / removal
- Prepare incoming and outgoing payments by schedule, ensure accurate accounting of transactions and audit trail
- Track bank service fees and address quality issues
- Prepare monthly / quarterly / yearly treasury reports
- Assist in annual review of bank facility
