- Daily Update of Bank Balances
- Liased to the Bank for various transactions - such as but not limited to the following:
- Deposit of Check Payment
- Submission of Payroll Banking Application
- Issuing of Check for Credit Card Payment and deposit to bank
- Processing of Manager's Check
- Submission of FX Documents to Bank of China
- Passbook Updating
- Various Personal Bank Transaction of the CEO
- Other Bank Transactions
- Transacting of Foreign Exchange (Buy and Sell)
- Issuing of Sales Invoices to Customers
- Payment Application through Online Banking
- Daily Cash Flow Report submitted to HQ
Qualifications
- Financial and Accounting major
- Be proficient in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English
- Proficient in using Excel
