Supporting the securitisation programme, working with a number of stakeholders across the bank, to establish the bank's securitisation capability and further future issuances. Lead the management of the securitisation post-issuance reporting, regulatory reporting (in conjunction with Regulatory Reporting internal teams), collateral management and supporting ongoing external stakeholder management Support the management of external securitisation counterparties (arranging banks, lawyers, trustees, rating agencies, investors, corporate services providers) Support the management of existing unsecured capital issuances (AT1 and T2) including the refinancing, where relevant, of these issuances Lead the management of the central bank funding and liquidity programmes (TFSME, ILTR, DwF) including management of collateral pools and related Bank of England reporting.
