Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant under the Treasury Operations Division – International Settlements supports the processing and settlement of derivatives transactions entered into by the bank with counterparties. This role is critical in ensuring that all derivative-related activities are accurately recorded, settled on time, and compliant with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
The Operations Assistant works closely with traders, counterparties, custodians, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow and to mitigate settlement risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; knowledge of Treasury systems is a plus.
