Job Summary
The Treasury Operations Officer supports the day‑to‑day treasury operations of the company, including cash monitoring, payment processing, and bank transactions. The role ensures accurate and timely execution of treasury activities while maintaining proper controls and documentation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Cash Monitoring
- Track daily cash balances across bank accounts
- Update cash position reports on a daily/weekly basis
- Assist in preparing basic cash flow forecasts
- Flag potential cash shortages or unusual movements
- Payments Processing
- Prepare and process payments (suppliers, reimbursements, payroll funding, etc.)
- Ensure all payments are properly supported and approved before processing
- Upload payment files to banking platforms
