Job Purpose
?To derive Insurance Business from assigned Bank in an area or zone
? To convince the Bank RMs so that they can convince their customer to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance.
? To ensure all the pre / post sales support & services to the Bank as well as to the clients
? Ensure not only achieving the target but also to make sure there is a consistent growth in the business every quarter
? Focus on the Quality of Business from day 1 so that Leakage, Persistency, Surrenders and Customer Complaints are as per the norms
