•Lead the Treasury Shared Service Center (SSC) to ensure that the treasury operations for all countries/ entities/ business units supported by the SSC would be conducted in an efficient and smooth manner. The SSC activities include payment processing, interacting with banks for operational issues or projects, managing banking documents to facilitate transactions.
• Continue to transform the SSC to improve processes and way of working, and to adapt to the evolving requirements of the business
• Possess a service mindset, and engage frequently with key stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are achieved
• Provide guidance and oversight to a team of 4 members remotely, and also serve as the contact point with Alibaba International Treasury team in China
