The Lac La Ronge Indian Band’s Woodland Wellness Centre is inviting applications for the following Permanent Full-Time position based out of the Treatment Department in La Ronge, SK:
Treatment Care Specialist (LPN, RN, RPN, Psychiatric Nurse)
The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
Providing specialized nursing care for Woodland Wellness Centre participants;Evaluating participant progress and update care plan based on nursing assessment;Performing nursing treatment and procedures as ordered by the physician which would include, but not limited to: Sterile dressings, injections, medication administration, monitoring blood pressures and monitoring blood glucose level.Transcribing medications to the medication administration record (MAR) and update weekly.Develop comprehensive care plans, monitor and adjust particip...
