Duties Description The Treatment Team Leader (TTL) for Team 4 in Area 2 will provide administrative oversight to 5 IRA’s in Dutchess and Putnam Counties. The IRAs include Heaney, Old Route 9, Fowler, Stepping Stone, Bykenhulle, and Noxon Programs. The TTL is essential to monitoring and providing oversight of regulatory requirements to ensure proper services are delivered and that the certification of homes are maintained. The TTL provides leadership and supervision to the interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of direct care staff and clinicians including the psychologist, dietitian, nurse, and other titles. The incumbent monitors all budgetary concerns in the IRAs and Noxon Programs, as well as the essential maintenance of records. In addition, the TTL is responsible for management of incidents and abuse reporting, as well as implementation of protective measures for all individuals and staff.
