Clinical Research Recruiter Position Summary The Clinical Research Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing patient recruitment and retention strategies to meet enrollment targets across multiple clinical trials.
This role works closely with investigators, CRCs, sponsors, and marketing partners to ensure timely enrollment while maintaining compliance with ICH-GCP, Health Canada, FDA (as applicable), REB/IRB, and privacy regulations. The ideal candidate understands site-level operations, recruitment KPIs, and the financial impact of enrollment performance. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Planning Develop and implement study-specific recruitment plans in collaboration with the study team.
