Responsibilities Assists in monitoring the operations of the dining facility or assigned area, supporting the manager and assistant manager, particularly during periods when higher-level supervision is limited. Prepares detailed reports of significant occurrences during the assigned shift, contributing to accurate operational record-keeping. Reviews the schedule of functions and activities planned by management for the shift and actively assists in ensuring their successful execution.
