Class 4 Truck Driver- Waiheke Island
We have an exciting opportunity for a Class 4 Truck Driver to come and join our Tahi Road, Waiheke team on a permanent basis (minimum 35 hours per week). Due to early starts, this role requires a Waiheke resident.
If you take pride in your presentation and team work, and you have a natural ability to provide a high level of customer service along with a strong work ethic then read on.
Key accountabilities include:
- Auckland Metro and Waiheke Island pickups and deliveries
- Reversing onto vessels
- Performing pre-start checks on the vehicle
- A small amount of general vehicle maintenance (oil checks and the like)
- Navigating narrow roads and confined areas
- Vehicle loading and unloading
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills, qualifications, experience and attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years Class 4
