WHAT YOULL DO
As a Fire Apparatus & Emergency Vehicle Technician, youll be the expert behind the equipment first responders rely on every day.You will:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain fire apparatus and emergency vehicles
- Work on automotive, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks
- Service Fire and EMS vehicles, small gas engines, and supporting equipment
- Apply hands-on mechanical skills that directly impact safety and performance
