- The Sales and Technical Associate is responsible for both promoting and selling e‑bikes and providing basic technical support.
- This role combines customer engagement, digital marketing, and after‑sales service to ensure excellent customer experience and dealership growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Sales, Marketing, Automotive Technology, Electronics, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support, preferably in motorcycles, e‑bikes, automotive, or related industries.
- Strong sales and customer engagement skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non‑technical customers.
- Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of e‑bikes, including motors, controllers, batteries, braking systems, and general troubleshooting.
