Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee all SCM-FG department operations, including production planning, delivery scheduling, workforce management, quality control, equipment utilization, and material management.
- Conduct capacity analysis, identify potential constraints, and develop solutions to ensure production and delivery targets are achieved. Prepare and present operational reports to Korean management.
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through performance management and continuous training initiatives to enhance overall departmental capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), production planning, and delivery coordination.
