Stonehage Fleming is seeking a Fiduciary Administration Officer in Neuenburg, Switzerland, responsible for providing administrative support for the formation and ongoing management of Trusts and Companies. The ideal candidate will be well organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a good command of English (min.B2). A relevant diploma or first experience in finance/trust is preferred. Key responsibilities include preparing documents, responding to requests, and conducting periodic reviews. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and possibly MS Dynamics/NavOne is advantageous.
