We are looking for a skilled paralegal to support a practice focused on trust administration and related litigation in Palo Alto, California. This role is best suited for someone who can take ownership of case progress, maintain organized files, and keep key deadlines on track while working within established procedures. You will partner closely with attorneys and support staff to help matters move efficiently from opening through resolution.
Responsibilities:
• Manage trust and estate matters from initial intake through final distribution, helping ensure each stage is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Draft and assemble administration documents such as notices, asset inventories, and other matter-related materials.
