- Overseeing allBAU activitiesand scheme advisorsandmaintainingstrong relationshipswith the client and scheme advisors
- Overall project management of a portfolio of pension schemes and specific projects being undertaken.
- Oversee and manageservices in line with the client contract and internal quality standards.
- Lead on client issues, being solution focused and working closely with Lead Professional Trustee as required.
- Lead on issue resolution.
- Responsible forall aspects of pension scheme governance to ensurecompliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements
