Job Description
Lead and manage a team of direct/indirect employees to plan and execute Turnarounds & Shutdowns. Ensure TA Manual compliance: Site Long Range Plan, Steering Team / Core Team, Facilitator, Addendum/Discovery management, contracting strategy for TA / Project. Continual Improvement via benchmarking efforts to reach top quartile TA performance in Safety, Cost, Schedule, Quality and Productivity Manage turnaround projects and TA/SD CAPEX
Requirements
Recognised degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification. More than 10 years of relevant experience in oil, refinery, petrochemicals or chemical processing of which 5 years in leadership or managerial roles. Project and contracts management experience are added advantage.
