Become a Payroll Administrator at Turner Construction in Toronto. This full-time position centers around comprehensive payroll duties and requires expertise in software like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
The Payroll Administrator will oversee end-to-end Canadian payroll operations while ensuring strict compliance with all applicable legislation. You will manage payroll processing, handle reconciliations, and conduct audits, reporting directly to the local Payroll Manager for support and direction. Your attention to detail will ensure payroll accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll with Workday and SAP
• Conduct GL postings and monthly reconciliations
• Process statutory deductions and payroll remittances
• Complete year-end payroll filings for government agencies
• Audit payroll data and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
• PCP designation necessary for this role
• Over 5 years of relevant Canadian payroll experience
