Conduct weekly group and one-on-one tutorial sessions to help students excel in their studies. Support attendance, progression, and address barriers to learning through tailored interventions. Pastoral
Care & Progression:
Offer compassionate pastoral care, addressing challenges like mental health, homelessness, and safeguarding issues. Plan and implement activities to support students’ academic and personal progression. Coordinate with staff, parents, and external services to meet individual needs.
