1st Staff are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Tutor to support students in the Poole area who have been out of education for a period of time. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping students rebuild their confidence, develop key skills, and work towards recognised qualifications — with the potential to return to mainstream or further education.
