Own daily performance and long-term capability of lithography scanner tools to ensure efficiency, overlay, CD/Focus/Dose stability, yield, and uptime meet production targets.Lead continuous advancement activities and tool selection workflows, emphasizing defect decrease and effective process oversight.Collaborate closely with Process, Production, Yield, and Facilities teams to ensure flawless execution and integration of projects.Strictly monitor and determine efficient performance parameters for lithography tools, ensuring alignment with production goals.
