Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee tyre repairs, replacements, inspections, and maintenance
- Monitor tyre wear patterns and tyre pressure management
- Supervise tyre fitters and workshop assistants
- Coordinate breakdowns and roadside tyre assistance
- Maintain tyre records, workshop reports, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop procedures
- Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and cost control
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Requirements
- 4 years or more experience in commercial truck tyre management
- 2 years or more supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of tyre wear analysis and tyre applications
- Computer literate (Excel and workshop systems)
