About the Role
This role blends technical knowledge with customer-facing sales. You'll be the trusted point of contact for tyre enquiries, quoting and bookings, while also jumping in on the floor when needed to support the workshop and keep jobs moving.It's ideal for a tyre fitter or alignment technician ready to take the next step, or a customer-focused sales professional with strong technical exposure.What You Will Do* Consult with customers to recommend the right tyre and service solutions* Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings* Manage customer communication from enquiry through to completion* Work closely with service advisors and workshop teams* Support tyre fitting, rotations and wheel alignments as required* Drive add-on services including balancing and alignments* Maintain accurate job records, invoicing and follow-ups* Contribute to monthly sales targets and bonus outcomesWhat You Will Bring* Experience in tyre fitting and/or whee...
