We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead our Human Resources operations in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment. You will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and adherence to UAE Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Management- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, retention, engagement) to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
