Overview of the role
As an Administrative Executive, you will be the key support link across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and back‑office coordination. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and other functions to support system and process accuracy, resolve operational queries, and enable teams to deliver a seamless customer and employee experience.
What you do
- Maintain sales operational data, including approved discounts and lease deal conditions (L3/L4 level), and provide day‑to‑day support to showroom teams.
- Investigate and resolve invoice and sales‑order matching issues to ensure accurate billing and timely processing.
