Job Description
The successful candidates will be responsible for organising and analysing statistical data and maintaining systematic computerized records related to premiums, which will ensure efficient control over the underwriting of the company’s business.
What you will do
- Managing the existing renewal book and reviewing accounts well in advance of renewal dates to ensure profitability of the book.
- Handling day‑to‑day underwriting functions promptly in adherence to prescribed guidelines and procedures.
- Monitoring the progress of risk management for clients and arranging periodic risk surveys.
- Scrutinising new submissions received and analysing risk in line with underwriting guidelines to support underwriting decisions.
- Working closely with different business channels to secure new businesses and retain existing portfolios.
