We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate accounting and demonstrate proficiency in relevant accounting tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations related to real estate activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor lease contracts and ensure accurate billing and collections.
- Utilize Nozol software for real estate accounting and reporting.
