Job Description
We are looking for high‑calibre Product Managers capable of identifying customer needs, defining compelling product visions, and leading cross‑functional teams to transform ideas into impactful consumer products.
Qualifications- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Has 8-10+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in Product Management roles
- Demonstrates significant experience managing consumer‑facing mobile and web applications
- Has hands‑on experience designing, implementing, or managing Loyalty Programs, customer engagement platforms, rewards ecosystems, or CRM products
- Brings prior experience within Retail, eCommerce, FMCG, Hospitality, or customer‑centric industries (Retail strongly preferred)
