Position Responsibilities:
Prepare and update training forecasts, schedules, training history, and completion reports
Create New Hire Schedules
Work reports for Non-resource classes
Update Master Schedule flows as needed
Monitor Zero enrollment classes
Participate in process improvement activities
Perform ad hoc training requests
Work effectively and cooperatively with peers from other teams and organizations to implement training plans in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Respond to inquiries and provide feedback
Interact daily with employees, leaders and stakeholders while providing excellent customer service
Collect, organize, synthesize and analyze training data to develop training plans to support the Client Production Systems
