SIP Trunks Hunt Lines HPBX (Hosted Private Branch Exchange) MPBX (Managed Private Branch Exchange) Contact Centre Solutions Web Ex Operator Connect Microsoft Teams (including Direct Connect) Call Recording Solutions Technical Proficiency: Experience with Net Axis APIO. Experience with Broad Works. Familiarity with Yealink and Polycom phones. Required Certifications Networking and Communication Certifications: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Ribbon SBC (Session Border Controller) Certification Broad Works Certification UCC Specific Certifications: Web Ex Technical Certification Call Cabinet Training Responsibilities Implement and configure UCC solutions for various clients.
