Join UFA as a Technical Support Analyst III and support critical application systems for our Petroleum Cardlock and Farm Store locations. This full-time role focuses on troubleshooting and service requests.
Working alongside the Sr Manager, IT Cardlock and Retail Services, you will address incidents related to Point of Sale and Cardlock applications. Your expertise will be key in enhancing solutions and supporting configurations at our retail sites. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure a streamlined customer experience and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support incidents for Point of Sale applications
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for Cardlock
• Test enhancements in our Lab Environment
• Document technical support processes and solutions
• Coordinate with third-party software vendors
