User Research & Experience Design
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis, to understand user behaviors, needs, and expectations. Create user personas and map customer journeys for key user segments. Design intuitive and accessible user experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and usability. Define interaction models and information architecture to support seamless user flows and task completion.
UX/UI Requirements- Prototyping: Translate business objectives into detailed design requirements, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Acceptance Criteria: Define and document UX/UI acceptance criteria for features, including usability, responsiveness, and performance expectations.
