Job Description
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Manager to lead the design and user experience strategy for a major digital transformation initiative. This role will be instrumental in the launch of a new customer-facing mobile application and the revamp of the company s corporate website ensuring both platforms deliver an exceptional and seamless experience to users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface design, user experience research and digital product development within utilities, public services, or other customer-centric sectors . Experience working on platforms that handle large user bases, customer accounts, payments and service requests will be highly valued.
