The Claims Agent will play a crucial role in managing and resolving insurance claims within the UK property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Claims Processing: Handle incoming claims from policyholders, ensuring all required documentation is collected and reviewed.
- Investigation: Assess the validity of claims by investigating circumstances, reviewing policy documents, and analysing evidence.
