UK Academy Coordinator
The Optronic & Missile Electronics (OME) UK College Coordinator & Engagement Lead will support talent development and engagement within the OME College team. The role is vital to upskilling, developing, and retaining talent in line with company strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide business admin support and manage College enquiries.
- Coordinate Training Calendar with leads and trainers.
- Assist with events, onboarding, and inductions.
- Track and report on initiatives and KPIs, and produce records.
- Foster relationships with partners and internal teams and promote success stories on social media.
- Lead projects and ensure alignment with Academy activities.
- Support employee recognition and engagement events.
- Work with Internal Communications to boost engagement.
