Handling inbound/outbound calls, managing arrears, conducting forbearance, and ensuring customer treatment follows compliance standards.
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, Consumer Credit Act, GDPR, and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience
- Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries
- Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears.
- Proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities.
- Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals.
