The Position
We are looking for an On-Site staff coordinator & translator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent clients based at Pilgrims, Anwick NG34 9SL.
The shift rota is on a 2/2/3 rotating shift pattern working from 5:30am – 6:00pm.
Responsibilities
Signing in agency workers at start of shift and deploying them to designated areas in the factoryUpdating attendance reports and timesheets and sending to customerAssisting with training staff on standard operating procedures in the factoryAssisting agency staff with queriesProviding basic first line management to staff whilst on shiftLiaising with client managers to support in resolving any issuesPlease note your time will be split between the factory and on site office with a large proportion of your time being sent into the factory <...
