Job Description
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.
- Configure modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Leave Management, and Payroll integrations.
- Support integrations with HRIS and payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
- Conduct testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to improve workforce management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and security standards.
- Create documentation, user guides, and training materials as needed.
