Underwriting Assistant
Provide processing and underwriting support to MidCorp business, work closely with Underwriters, ensure service activities are achieved within specified timeframes, and act as an account representative by responding to service matters and coordinating with the appropriate business partner for resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to Underwriters in underwriting operations, procedures, and policies.
- Complete associated business processes such as MCP updating, SharePoint eFiling, ABS updates, and sanctions checks.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reports.
- Build strong relationships and provide prompt customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with, support, and conduct regular quality checks on tasks performed by the Policy Management Team and offshore teams, including pre‑renewal reports, sanctions checks, and other activities.
