Role purpose:
Manage an allocated portfolio of Multinational Programs, including instructions to the network, engagement with producing brokers, and program maintenance, demonstrating strong customer knowledge and business partnership & consulting skills.
Respond to queries from brokers, network partners, and other Chubb offices, utilizing active listening and customer service support skills to ensure effective communication and resolution.
Support other Chubb offices in managing complex programs handled by the country, including:
Program maintenance on internal Chubb applications and instructions to the network, ensuring operational excellence.
Complete reinsurance and premium booking instructions with attention to detail.
