Responsibilities
- Administer and update direct inward dialing records and manage related telephony requirements.
- Perform installation, relocation, decommissioning, and return material processing for voice and video hardware.
- Manage equipment logistics, including receiving, unboxing, storage, and inventory control.
- Provide onsite support for video conferencing systems, desk phones, and emergency wall-mounted communication units.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and support end-to-end asset creation processes.
- Coordinate and escort voice and video service providers during onsite works.
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support, diagnostics, and incident resolution for communications services.
- Deliver technical setup and live support for major events, live streams, and high-level virtual meetings, including audio, mixer, and camera configuration.
