Job Title: Unified Communications (UC) Solutions Architect
Location: Gauteng
Responsibilities:
•Conduct site visits and engage directly with clients to assess solution requirements
•Investigate and evaluate the most appropriate UC and AV technologies for each project
•Prepare detailed technical submissions for public and private sector tenders
•Develop schematics, system diagrams and infrastructure layouts using Microsoft Visio and Stardraw
•Create technical design documents, as-built documentation, and project support material
•Sign off and validate all solution specifications and commercial quotations
•Provide ongoing technical liaison with customers throughout the project lifecycle
•Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure alignment of designs with operational delivery
•Remain up to date on market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor updates in the Unified Communications space.
