Position Overview
We are looking for an Emirati customer service professional to work in our Uniform store providing excellent service to Etihad Crew members and other uniform entitlement holders.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for system and physical transactions related to receipt issuance and timely delivery of Uniforms to crew members.
Qualifications
- Minimum degree level education.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities gained over at least 3 years with proven track record in branded retail stores and distribution management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Multi-linguistic skills an added advantage.
- High computer literacy; Oracle or SAP working knowledge preferred.
- Capable of interacting with Senior Manager level.
